Chocolate Pie

INGREDIENTS
Weak Flour 135g, Cocoa Flour 50g, 6 White of an egg, Sugar 170g, Milk 35g, Sunflower Oil 45g, Enough chocolate chips, Chocolate to coat the bread 250g, Fresh cream, Enough white chocolate for decoration.

DIRECTIONS

    Make meringue with white of an egg and sugar

    Put a small amount of yellow of egg. keep mixing
  3. 03
    Put a sunflower oil than keep mixing.
    Than put milk in it and keep mixing.

    Put a weak flour & cocoa flour very fast and keep mix. if you don't do this quickly meringue will be broke.

    Now dough is completed. apply butter on the inner side of inner pot of pressure cooker. than put a completed dough in inner pot.

    Now it's time to bake. turn on the pressure cooker, go to pressure cooking mode, running it 20 minute x 3 time. On each 20 minute, check the status of dough if it's done or not.

    When it's done, takes our bread from inner pot.

    Cut the bread in a shape of pie. (or just as you wish!)

    Put a fresh cream on it

    Coat a chocolate on surface of bread, than decorate it with white chocolate. Now it's done!
